What can I book/buy on www.trueitalianexperience.it?
Experiences are private or group activities, such as (but not limited to) one or more of the following services: guided tour, entry to a museum or a site of interest, transfer with one/multiple means of transport, practical activity or workshop, lunch, dinner or tasting in selected locations, as well as overnight stays in unusual and unconventional accommodation Our "exclusive" experiences are curated and provided only by True Italian Experience, for which True Italian Experience owns all rights, meaning that they are not available from any other operator on the market.

Ready-made travel packages are thematic tours with a fix programme designed by True Italian Experience travel experts. They include at least one overnight and at least one destination. Ready-made itineraries can include (but are not limited to) one or more means of transport and one or more experiences.

Private experience/tour refers to an exclusive tour or activity booked for the user/users only, where no other ones can join. With a group experience/tour, on the other hand, the user/users book an activity or tour which may be shared with a group of other people, including individuals that he/she has never met. True Italian Experience's policy guarantees that group activities and/or tours have a maximum number of 15* participants (*if the number of participants must be increased due to technical needs, users will be duly informed at the time of booking or just after the booking, via e-mail).

Prices and payment
When creating a DIY tour or consulting one of our ready-made travel packages, you’re having access to a travel package which is configured as a combination of multiple services. Purchasing everything together ensures that you get the best available prices, which are not possible if you buy single services.

Ready-made travel packages or DIY tours allow you to view the best available offers for a specific travel package. Nonetheless, using a different means of transport or a different accommodation option may lead to a lower cost for the package. Changes and cancellations
From the moment your purchase is confirmed, you are entitled to make use of the services you have booked and paid for. There is no obligation to use purchased services. Please be aware that no reimbursement will be acknowledged in the case of non-participation. The 1,440 "enjoy Italy minute by minute" videos currently available on our platform are the True Italian Experience response to the question "what could I do or visit if I were in Italy right now?". All the videos last 1 minute, so altogether they let you enjoy all 1,440 minutes that make up a single day in Italy. By simply clicking on each video, you can access the details of the experience and book it, so you too can finally enjoy it in person.
